The Delta Community group was founded in December 2001 and is a privately held entity headquartered in Switzerland. Delta Community is financed by a venture capital group which is the company's main shareholder.

The Management Team
The senior management team consists of three executive directors all of whom are main board members.
Shaun Mattingley - Director
Shaun has 25 years experience working in the wholesale financial markets. After 10 years trading and broking the capital markets in London, Shaun moved to the vendor sector and has held senior management and director level positions in Europe, the UK and United States.
Peter Niland - Director
Peter brings more than 20 years of multinational business management experience to Delta Community specialising in business strategy, project management and operations. Peter holds an MBA from the Ashridge Business School in the UK.
Jarek Sikora - Director, Research & Development
Prior to Delta Community, Jarek spent 12 years as a practitioner in the financial markets, trading and broking foreign exchange. Jarek studied and subsequently lectured at the University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland where he gained an MSc in Economics.
