DELTA COMMUNITY AND WALLICH ENERGY SIGN AGREEMENT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DELTA DEALING SYSTEM
Commugny, SWITZERLAND (August 21, 2007)Delta Community SA, providers of the Delta Dealing System to the financial trading markets, announces it has signed an agreement with Wallich Energy in Prague for a wide area installation of the Delta Dealing System. The roll out initially to ten sites in Czech Republic, including Wallich Energy head office and their first phase client institutions was completed end July 2007. Rapid expansion across further client institutions is expected over the remainder of the year.
The Delta Dealing System is currently installed in a large number of institutions across Central and Eastern Europe where it is being utilized in open and closed user groups as a communication and trading tool. The agreement with Wallich Energy marks a notable expansion of Delta Community’s activities into the energy trading arena.

DELTA COMMUNITY LAUNCHES AUTO DEALING TO ENABLE RAPID EXECUTION OF TRADES

Counterparties who will benefit from the "Auto Dealing" functionality include branch networks, internal sales desks and corporate customers. The new functionality allows trade margins to be applied to individuals or specific groups of counterparties and, where there is a requirement to exchange information or negotiate and challenge thresholds, the enhancement is supported by Delta Dealing System's fully functional conversational dealing.

The roll out to 90 sites in Poland, including Mazowiecki Bank Regionalny head office, branches and associated co-operative banks, was completed mid January 2007.
The Delta Dealing System is currently installed in a large number of institutions across Poland, Romania and Switzerland being utilized in both open and closed user group communities. Mazowiecki Bank Regionalny has been a user of the Delta Dealing System in the open Polish interbank community since its official launch at the beginning of 2005.

The agreement enables Delta Community to market IS.Slider, the financial desktop of Interactive Data Managed Solutions, in Poland and Romania.
Following the success of the Delta Dealing System, which is now installed in more than 80 institutions across Poland and Romania, Delta Community will now market IS.Slider, a financial desktop application providing real-time market data, news and analysis to those countries. The agreement with Interactive Data Managed Solutions demonstrates Delta Community's commitment to provide a choice of services designed to meet customer needs for quality, region-focused market data.
The version of IS.Slider that has been developed specifically for Poland and Romania will deliver foreign exchange data from Interactive Data's ComStock business, pricing from a leading emerging markets broker Continental Capital Markets SA ('Conticap'), and Dow Jones Newswires' Money Spotlight service.
